Survey on Benefits of Intelligent Transportation Systems
Exit Survey
You are invited to participate in a survey on the benefits of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) in Michigan. The object of this survey is to evaluate the effectiveness of ITS deployed by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) in promoting safety, mobility, and efficiency. Examples of MDOT ITS include Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), the Freeway Courtesy Patrol (FCP), and the Mi Drive real-time traffic information website.

Your responses will help MDOT advance the use of ITS in Michigan. It will take approximately five minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Participation is completely voluntary and your survey responses will be strictly confidential. Data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. If you have questions about the survey, contact Dr. Jun-Seok Oh at Western Michigan University at jun.oh@wmich.edu or 269-276-3216, or Collin Castle at MDOT at CastleC@michigan.gov.
